Using Pitch Ready

Pitch Ready is a digital service offered by EIMMIJ Creative Agency. By using it, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and have permission to act for any person or organization whose story you submit. Keep your sign-in details secure and your account information accurate.

Your plans and billing

• Single Release is $99 one-time: a kit, public page, and one announcement for one person or organization. Each repeat purchase adds one announcement.
• Essentials is $49 per month: kit access, a public page, Pitch Tracker, and two announcements per monthly allowance period for one person or organization.
• Pro Newsroom is $129 per month: Essentials features, Media Ladder, unlimited announcements, and up to three people or organizations.

Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes and the checkout total are shown before payment. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. Stripe processes payments; you authorize recurring charges when you subscribe.

Changes, credit, and cancellation

Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid billing period. Cancel through Manage billing on your dashboard before renewal; access continues until the paid period ends.

An eligible paid Single Release bought in the last 30 days is credited toward your first monthly plan only. Free codes do not create payment credit. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

When monthly access ends, your saved work stays in your account, but paid features and public pages are unavailable unless you have separate Single Release access. Canceling billing does not delete your account.

Your content and AI drafts

You keep your rights in the material you submit. You give us permission to store and process it, use service providers to create your drafts, and display material you choose to publish. You may use and edit the generated drafts, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.

AI can make mistakes or produce similar text for other users. Review facts, names, quotes, credentials, dates, and permissions before sending or publishing anything. Do not submit confidential patient or client records, full financial details, or material you lack permission to use.

We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or crisis-management advice. Seek qualified review when your announcement involves sensitive or regulated matters.

Outreach and acceptable use

Pitch Ready prepares content; it is not a wire-distribution service and does not guarantee media coverage or bookings. You decide whom to contact and send your own outreach. Directory and search results can change; verify contacts and follow applicable outreach rules.

Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, false claims, or infringement. Do not attempt to bypass access limits or compromise another user's account. We may restrict accounts involved in abuse or security risks.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Pitch Ready available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free drafts. Keep copies of important work. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and we are not responsible for indirect losses or editorial decisions made by media outlets. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that law does not allow us to exclude.
