Who we are

Pitch Ready is offered by EIMMIJ Creative Agency. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and service. Contact hello@eimmijcreative.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information we handle

• Account information, such as your email address and sign-in details, including information provided by a sign-in provider you choose.
• Story answers, background facts, location, contact details, uploaded images, generated kits, announcements, and saved outreach information.
• Audio you choose to record for transcription and the resulting text.
• Payment and subscription records, including payment identifiers, amounts, plan, billing period, and status. Card details are entered with Stripe, not stored in your Pitch Ready account.
• Technical information used by our hosting and service providers, such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and website usage.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, save your work, create and update your content, provide paid access, process billing, help with support, and protect the service from abuse. Saved background is reused for future kits and announcements. Authorized administrators can review tester code redemptions, account emails, answer counts, and publication counts.

Service providers and AI

Lovable Cloud provides hosting, account services, and storage. Stripe processes payments. Story information and any clarification answers needed for a draft are sent through Lovable's AI service to its model providers. Recorded audio is sent for transcription when you use the microphone feature. These providers process information to deliver their services under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Do not put patient records, confidential legal matters, passwords, full card numbers, or other sensitive information into story answers or recordings. Data may be processed outside your country.

What becomes public

Your saved workspace is not a public kit page. When you publish a kit, the information you choose to include, such as media contact details and images, becomes available to anyone with access to that public page and may be indexed by search engines or copied by others. Public links and PDFs can be shared. Taking a page offline cannot remove copies others have already saved.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect users and the service.

Browser storage and outside links

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and restore story drafts. Clearing it may sign you out or remove unsaved local drafts. Hosting and payment services may use cookies or similar tools for security, operation, and website measurement.

Media searches, podcast results, and newsroom links can take you to outside websites. Their privacy policies apply there.

Keeping and protecting information

We retain account information and saved work while needed to provide the service. Canceling a plan does not delete your work. Some billing, security, and legal records may need to be retained after a deletion request. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can update story answers, choose whether to publish a kit, and manage billing from your account. Email hello@eimmijcreative.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or account. We may need to verify your identity. Rights and exceptions vary by location; we will handle requests under applicable law.

Pitch Ready is not intended for children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We will update the date above when this policy changes.
