You know your stuff. You've done the work. Now it's time your story gets heard.

The TV desk. The radio mic. The podcast host. The keynote spotlight.

Each one wants a different pitch. That's where most great stories slip.

Pitch Ready asks the questions a pro would ask. You talk. We write. We handle the task.

A polished press kit. A release that reads right. A media advisory, ready tonight.

Pitches built for every booker and booth, so you land as the expert who speaks the truth.

Then we help you follow up, step by step, so no good lead is left unmet.

Amplify your voice. Sharpen your image. Share your story.

Pitch Ready. Your story, ready to pitch.

Start on your dashboard. Your saved stories wait here. When you have news, open the story and choose New communication.

Answer a few plain questions about your news. Then check your facts at a glance. Fix anything here before you go on. The question screens are not shown in this lesson.

Choose Check details and write. Pitch Ready reads your story like an editor.

A few quick questions fill in what reporters will want to know. Answer what you can. Skip any you don't know.

Your press kit opens with every section ready to read.

The media advisory gives TV crews the who, what, when and where. In this sample, notes marked ADD show details that are still missing.

The press release is written for print, radio and TV. Edit any section to fill in the ADD notes, then publish or copy it.

Review, edit and share your kit

Open your press kit from your story card. Check each section, fix anything with Edit, and choose exactly what goes on your public page.

Scroll through the kit. Check names, dates, quotes, and contact details. Each section has its own Edit and Copy buttons.

Choose Edit to fix one section. Save changes applies to that section only. We are not saving any changes in this lesson.

Use Copy to take a section into an email or document. Read it once more before you send it to anyone.

Publish opens a choice of sections for your public page and PDF. We stop here without publishing. The public page, PDF, and unpublish steps are not shown.

Use public work details, and check that the person covers your topic. Search links can help you find reporters and creators. Search results are not shown here.

Return to Saved contacts and choose Add contact. Enter a name and outlet. You can also add a show, email, phone number, and notes.

Choose a role and outlet type, then use Save contact when your details are ready. We leave this form blank and do not save anything.
