The fine print, in plain words
What counts as a communication?
One new press release, media advisory, crisis statement or expert comment counts as one communication. The allowance is shared across all of these types.
Your first press kit comes with a press release and a media advisory on top of your additional communication allowance. You can edit saved drafts as often as you like.
Users and saved people or organizations
Single Release and Essentials come with one user login. Pro Newsroom comes with three. On a monthly plan, the account owner can add teammates from the Team page: up to two more on Essentials at $15 each a month, or as many as you need on Pro Newsroom at $20 each a month. Teammates sign in with their own email and work on the same stories, kits and pitches. The owner manages billing.
Saved people or organizations are the subjects you write for. Each document can include several leaders and their approved quotes.
How the allowance works
Single Release adds one additional communication with each purchase. Essentials gives you two each calendar month, refreshed on the first day of the month. Pro Newsroom gives you unlimited communications across its three saved people or organizations.
Reminders appear inside Pitch Ready. You review your drafts and send outreach from your own email account. Media coverage is always the outlet's decision.
